To all you people out there in the struggle with your weight, I recommend the Atkins way of life. Once you set your diet plan and exercise program and begin working it weight no longer is a problem. Low carb eating is the only way for me...taking 50 lbs. off gave me my health back and boosted my self-image. Good luck all!
130.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Yes, it can be great for some. It can cause problems for others. I like lower carb, but modified it to fit my life style.
