Wow! I used a different scale than my starting weight so I don't know exactly how accurate my loss is but I'll take it! As I review my food diary, I see that I was kind of up and down with my calories (just about every other day) and I'm wondering if I should stick with that. It makes me think about the number of calories I had been consuming before my "diet" began. jeeze.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 July 2014:
1154 kcal Fat: 33.26g | Prot: 48.55g | Carb: 97.83g.   Breakfast: Egg White, Coffee-Mate Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer, Coffee, Sugar, Land O'Lakes Sliced American Cheese, Ketchup, Egg (Whole), Stewart's White Bread. Lunch: StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise. Dinner: Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: Smucker's Sugar Free Hot Fudge Topping, Roasted Salted Peanuts, No Sugar Added Fat Free Ice Cream (Flavors Other Than Chocolate), Michelob Ultra Light Beer. more...

It'its working and keeps the diet sustainable, then do it. As you lose more weight, you may have to adjust the calories down because your body needs less calories at a lower weight (usually). But enjoy it and keep going.
