Not going to be bummed out because the scale didn't move but it does make me scratch my head as to why my body is soooo stubborn. I have eaten between 1200-1500 calories walked 24.6 miles since my last weigh in. Plenty of sleep, reasonable sodium, lots of fluids, minimal stress (for the most part), exercise and a balanced diet. I am off to the gym for my 40 min walk at 4.0 mph. I will not give up! Happy 4th of July my friends...

The body is stubborn when you are so close to goal. Just hang in there and don't change anything except have some something you have been craving and maybe that will get the scale moving again. Sometimes we have to go up on our calories and then come back down to let the body know, "we are eating...you can let go." Your measurements, must be fantastic. Sometimes the scale is not really honest with us, but check yourself with a tape measure. I am sure you have lost inches somewhere on your body. You are doing great!

Thanks C6... I'm sure you're right... I treated myself to some sugary junk food maybe that will send my body into shock... LOL... I get so disgusted with myself that blowing it is the only way I can rebel. The M&Ms were worth it!

No, don't go for the junk processed food. Next time your body rebels, try eating with naturally healthy foods like mixed nuts (small bag) grapes, oranges, figs or banana. But glad you got M&M out of your system. And I am looking forward to hearing that you dropped a pound soon. Have a great day!

Hold off on the sugar, it will certainly send the body spinning in the wrong direction, keep up the walking and eat sensible and the pounds will leave, we all have at one time or another stubborn bodies..we just have to be patient and try to move forward, so don't beat yourself up about the M&M's, just forget about it and continue t eat the right foods again, good luck and stay positive! :)
