Happy Independence Day! Not that we really celebrate it here but there's the American Embassy and last night FB was full of recipes and pictures. So this morning was up at 5:30am with plan to go to gym as early as possible. In gym clothes and waiting for gym to open i casually opened my laptop and started looking through some vacation brochures. Next thing I know i made some black coffee to go with the browsing...and i opened the fridge. Had some fresh mango cubes and was good. Suddenly, had this craze for Nutella on pita bread so I split and toasted 1 pita bread quickly, smothered 1 half with Nutella and the other half with seville orange marmalade - delightful. I helped myself to another 2 small tsps freestyle of Nutella and put the jars back in the cupboard out of sight. Then i needed something savoury with my 2nd cup of coffee - had some leftover beefsteak, sliced it thinly and toasted another pita bread. Delicious. Suddenly i realised it's 7:40am had my meal allowance for the day at breakfast, ruined my 16:8 fast and decided to log in what I ate just to see how much damaging that was...hoping i don't eat again till the vodka gummy bears tonight (oh yeah!) i will take veggies to work and munch on those if i get an attack!Tomatoes are good for this, also cucumber and fennel which i love. There was no change in weight between yest and today - guess pilates doesn't burn anything at all but it's a good way to stretch and correct posture after a week sedentary at work - that's why i do it really. Maybe next week I'll fit in a spinning class straight after instead of the walk. Well hope you all have a lovely day celebrating and enjoy the weekend! Now to head for gym for my Week 4 - day 4 workout which is for a stronger back and shoulders.Cheers!

nutella is the worst, i keep hiding the jar too. seeing is eating (*lol*)

...and can you believe it,it's always there for the kids' stress and I don't ever touch it or have it on pancakes...today i had a moment and it's over :)
