Ran 2 miles (well ran one, walked one in intervals) in 28.5 min last night. it was pretty awesome :)
255.2 lb Lost so far: 83.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week

challenging yourself is a great way of getting stronger so that you can add more exercise into your routine...way to go ....
