Week update
Stuck to my plan. Did my swimming, running, walking, and weight training. Scale is not moving much but I do not expect to lose very fast at this point. contemplating starting to up calories
124.0 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
