I feel really good. Got into a pair of shorts I have not worn in years. Tallied up my measurements and lost over 21 inches. 11 in the core area, (chest, waist and hips)!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
