I can't believe I still managed to end up going down for the week. So much temptation when there are so many good foods to eat. I thought that the ribs and cheesy potatoes would have killed me. I guess if you just pace your diet similar to pacing your workout routine things will still trend for the better. No matter what I still maintain doing at least 12K steps on my Fitbit. Still trying to get the right workout to sleep balance. I wish I didn't have to waste 2-3 hours commuting. That time could be better utilized.
