Well all things considered I am glad I broke even for the week. Went tailgating and drinking afterwards which added a lot of empty alcohol fueled calories to my body. To make things worse missed one of my big workout days due to sleeping in and nursing a hangover. Summer is around the corner and there will be more occasions so restraint is in order in order to keep moving in the right path.
