Ugh.. I switch from 5:2 to Every Other Day fasting and I put weight on!
199.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 15.4 lb a week

Yes that is strange. Are you eating way too much on days you don't fas?. Maybe try tracking and limiting the calories on the other days to 1500 a day and then do you fast and see what happens. Watch your sodium intake, get enough protein and drink water. The shift might just be water weight. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.

Hoping it is some water retention. I haven't been as physically active the last week as normal too.
