Sometimes I look at my weight history and cannt believe where I was when I finally made up my mind to lose the weight. Its been 1 year since the start with my goal at 145. Today I am 132-135 on average and so happy with what has been accomplished. I read where people have "cheat" days...never did that, not after my mind was set on my goal. In my opinion, if you cheat you arent serious...Happy Easter to all.
