Darn it, I hate it when the scale goes up. Bad day to weigh in, this is my few days before my time of the month. I did hot lemon water last night but it took some of the bloated out, but not all. I have managed to stay away from the Lean Cuisine's this week so we will see around Saturday if that helps.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Just hang in there. I think those Lean Cuisines are whats hurting you right now. Just wait and see, you'll see results without having them. Trust me! Its been 2 weeks since I've had one, and have being doing pretty good with the weight loss. Good luck!!

Brandi's right. Also how's your plumbing? If the pipes are cleared that extra weight that is not going anywhere. Stay away from beef a bit too. Don't lose heart.

Thank you for the comments, I did have 4 oz of cubed steak last night. I get tired of Tuna and chicken all the time. What do you all eat for protein?

hi all i am djhobeck i joined la weight in april and to date i have lost 20lbs with a couple of weeks of no losses very depressing.i was eating to much beef,so i cut back on that and started eating more turkey breast and baked fish they both have lower soduim than chicken.
