Wow, my bio was really old, I needed to update this. Well. I am back at Weight Watchers, I started in January and have lost 13.6 lbs so far. Just goes to show you I had gained back 20 lbs really easy. I am writing down EVERYTHING that I eat this time and it is working, including the coffee creamer...WW does work.

BTW I am 37 years old, been married for 16 years and have three kids. Ages, 15 Myranda, 13 megan, and my son Andrew is 8. I have all of the faith in the world that we will all succeed but times will be hard. God Bless you all.

LA Weight Loss
I know what you mean, I still have products as well and ALL of the centers around me have closed. I have gained back 6 lbs and am very depressed because I liked the weekly weigh in for the past year and a half. I never made it to maintenance so I am not even sure what to do when that happens. I have joined the gym near me (24 hr fitness) and I am going to try to do this on my own without the bars, but I am not sure what foods to add in place of the bars.

L.A. Lites Alternatives
Who could possible eat all of that food and lose weight? I hope those plans work for you all. Keep up the great work. I still go to a center with the old plans, which we are called Pure Weight loss now.

Limited Proteins and Starches
Great!!!! Thank you Andrea, I will print this off for future references. How is the TO going for you? If I am not down tomorrow I will be able to do it next week, do you use the juice or the oranges?

Program after nursing
Yes it is raw weight, and yes you will have to get use to it but the lbs will fall off. I still get hungry on the gold plan every once in awhile so I spread my foods all during the day and leave the evening for a lighter meal. I like to leave the fat, one protein and one veggie for dinner.

You will prob be on the Gold plan, but they may start you on the purple plan. The gold is 2 proteins, (6 oz chicken, 4 oz beef and 5 oz tuna, fish) 3- veggies, 3-fruits, 2-starches, 1-fat, 1-dairy, 2-la lites, 64 oz water, and the morton lite salt. The only difference in the purple plan is that you have 8 oz chicken, 6 oz beef and 4 veggies instead of 3.
