I know that sometimes I eat a little too much, but the weight is really coming off very slowly:-(
198.9 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 38.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well your chart looks great and if you are eating and satisfied, then you have a much better chance of getting to goal and staying there than someone who is depriving themselves. So just keep going.
