Here are my waking-up numbers for today!

1st April 2014
Age 51 height 156cm
Weight:Was 59.1kg today 58.5kg target 50kg
Fat: was 31.9% today 30.5% target under 20%
water: was 46.8% today 47.9% target 55%
muscle mass 38.2kg today 38.9kg
Visc fat was 5 today 5
Bone mass was 2.1kg today 2.1kg
Metabolic age was 39 today 36

Tape measure

Waist was 66cm today 64cm target 59cm...getting closer!
Hip was 96cm today 95 cm target 91 cm....getting closer!
Chest was 81cm today 84cm - yeah!
Wrist was 15cm today 15cm no change
Forearm was 27cm today 27cm no change
Tummy at largest point was 82cm today 78cm ….yeah!
Shoulder circumference was 96cm today 95cm aiming for 96cm though…more shoulder presses!

So not doing much on the weight factor but getting closer to my ideal body shape! Was told that if you want to lose the weight you do cardio, if you want to tone and firm you do weights.... I have changed my program to less cardio and more weight and toning... i so want to get to a good body shape which is more my priority with summer coming up...also changing my way of eating for this month, so let's see!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
