Not going to chalk this drop in weight to anything other than water retention. I upped my calories and had a protein shake before bed, as expected, I experienced a "whoosh" and dropped quite a bit of weight overnight.

Core Synergistics is one tough workout, I personally think it's more difficult than Plyometrics. The key, as with all P90X workouts, is form. If you concentrate on engaging your core it's one serious burner of a workout. It's a short workout, but the few breaks makes it feel much longer.

I agree, core synergistics is difficult. I honestly love it, especially the combination weight/lunge move that is towards the end. You seem to be doing great!
