basically got started,quit;got started again. in a better frame of mind.going on cruise in 4 weeks. best I can lose is 4 more lbs.mad at myself for not getting motivated sooner. will be fat on vacation. thot last year when I was 158 that i was still heavy then. that number doesnt look so bad now. it will take diligence and discipline. now my goal will be to be under 155 before June 23. not sure I can get there but I am going to try. that is 15 weeks away. the cruise week will be hard because of all the food and alcohol. we will see what happens.
