I am 54 and still back and forth on the weight loss journey.I restarted seriously on Feb 1st doing weight watchers online.Jennifer Hudson is a real motivator but my best motivator is my son who is now a sophomore in college and in October decided he was tired of being heavy and missing the best years of his life.he has lost about 60#.I began an exercise regimen a month ago and have only missed 1 day.It is a great start and I am determined to be strong enough to get to my goal.
