I am 64 years old and go back and forth with losing and gaining weight for at least 20 years. The older you get the harder it is to lose. I have tried every diet under the sun and have found journaling to be helpful and I just want to stay healthy in this crazy time. I am a slow and steady wins the race and I hope I can get to my goal and just maintain it plus or minus 5#
