I really hate weighing in everyday, a move in the wrong direction on the scale ruins my whole day. I know I know, it keeps me accountable, but what about the fact that I exercised everyday and stayed under my calories everyday? I know I know water weight, muscle weight...none of this makes me feel any better.

I am afraid I will not be weighing in every day..... It makes me too obsessive about weight loss instead of "health".

I weigh daily, but I only record once a week. The scale fluctuates daily dependant on how much I drank, ate, sweated ect. I weigh first thing in the morning with out clothes and after I go to the bath room. That is the best time to show your real weight. Try not to be discouraged. You are working out and most likely losing inches. My body weight has not changed much, but the inches are melting off. Have you done your measurements?
