Intentional weight gain.

Final day of the bulk, and I almost MCE my goal, the fact that I didn't is no big deal.

New goal by July 15th is a lean 165. Time for my progress tracker to change color again!


Out to the grocerie store to buy this weeks food. Should be much cheaper without all the carbs, though they will be missed.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'd never give up green veggies! Have them beside every piece of meat that I eat!

I just started atkins last week and dont miss the carbs or junk foor one bit. Stay focused you can do it !
