Eating well when things deviate from the norm is difficult. Need to find something that will work when I'm tired and hungry or when I'm feeling emotional that isn't a restaurant.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
