GRRRRRRRR!!!!

Sometimes I just want to throw the scale out into the street and smash it to bits with a large wooden hammer.

I don't see how I could have possibly gone up .8 lbs since yesterday morning.

Whatever, frustrating, but I've been here before, just have to push through it.

Plyometrics was nuts this morning. I wore some warmup pants since all of my shorts were in the wash, holy cow does that make a difference. While the added resistance both in weight and friction is minimal, it adds up by the time you're about halfway through.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get too discouraged about that darn scale, there are a million reasons you gained a little overnight. Eat much salt yesterday? Drink enough water? Drink lots of water today. It'll probably be gone in the morning. Also, with all the working out you're doing, it could be muscle... You're doing well, hang in there!

Actually, that's probably dead on. I am reaping the "rewards" of my weekend eating. Probably took in just a bit too much salt. I'll just stick with it, get back to my normal routine and I know it will come off. Thanks for the words of encouragement!

The old P90X Plyo day is a great workout. It will certainly kick your butt if you push yourself. Fwiw, it is somewhat normal to bounce a pound or two between days depending on food/liquid ... it will even out over the week as long as you continue to eat right and drink your water. Keep pushing play and Do your best and forget the Rest!
