No weight change.Its ok.Breakfast was Mcd. breakfast burritos and 2 coffee ( I make better at home). Lunch : salad. Dinner : steak and veggie. Lots of water. I got my workout in kinda late but at least I did it as sleepy as I am.

Happy Monday!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
