I ate like 25,000 calories today. Plus I got that pound back I lost. Feels like I'm stuck in a rut. Excuse me while I go scream.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
