Right now I'm in some kind of plateau or "maintenance" mode. Those little dots on my weight history graph don't change much, and when they do, it's usually up-wise.

Basically my current weight hovers around the same numbers week after week with a one or two point variation. My body has this stubborn thing about hanging on as long as it can to as much weight as it can before finally dumping it. So frustrating.
