Stayed the same weight wise, so I guess that's good. I need to get back to the exercise routine. I took the dogs out to play yesterday, but didn't go for a walk, but they ran around like crazy in the nice weather. After the day at work I wasn't feeling well, then my hubby and I were talking and before I knew it, it was time for dinner and getting dark. So, today my hubby will be gone when I get home and I should get off at my regular time, so it will either be a walk or yoga before I make dinner.

The doc actually called me yesterday with results of my scan because she doesn't know what to do with me. I was born with my intestines and bowel all on the wrong side of my body and was diagnosed with it and had surgery for it 5 years ago because of some trouble I was having. The scan showed that all of my intestines are bunched up on my right side again, hence the right side pain. Well, I saw the surgeon 2 years ago because I was having some issues and he said everything was fine, but now she wants to send me back to the surgeon to see if there is anything that can be or needs to be done surgically. But she is going to try to talk to the surgeon and send him the scan before she sends me, that way I don't have to pay a copay just for him to tell me that nothing can be done. I have a feeling I'll be headed back to my gastro doc to get his opinion.

I was feeling good yesterday morning after 3 days off, then as the day went on I had the pain back and just felt yucky, so I'm hoping something can be done or things just go back to "normal". Right now I'm just feeling frustrated, so hopefully I can get some answers one way or another. Maybe a good yoga session will help me get rid of some of that frustration, that's going to be my motivation to get it done anyway. :)

Okay, enough of my ramblings and medical junk. I really hope everyone is doing great and I look forward to reading some journals today to change any of my negative to positive!

Have a great Wednesday!!

Oh Mars. This must be incredibly frustrating. I'm so sorry. I'll send good thoughts your way.

Wow, hopefully you'll get some answers from the surgeon and get over this. That is frustrating! Keep trying though, good idea with the yoga!

That has to be very frustrating, but I'm glad that your doctors are aware of what's going on and hopefully they can come up with a more long turn solution. Keep with healthy choices and staying active, I know it's easy to get down and give up but nothing worth doing is ever easy... I'll be thinking of you!!

If life was easy without frustration what fun would it be! Think of this as a challenge. Don't let it get you down, you made it through it once, you can do it again. And this time you have all of us! So Smile!
