This doesn't make any sense, how could I have went 2.7 kgs up overnight? I get losing a lot of weight overnight because of water lost and that, but gaining almost 3kg? I'm so confused, I'm not giving up though, but I'll go as close as 0 carbs as I can get from now on, this is just extremely frustrating, I want to cry :(

Well if you can lose that in water, you can certainly retain that in water too! Our bodies are made up of 60% water so they fluctuate all the time. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. First, I would check the scale for accuracy. Place an object you know the weight of on your scale to see how close it gets. Make sure your scale is in same place. Always weigh same scale, same place, same clothes, same time of day, etc. for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Some people are more susceptible to bloating than others. If you had too much sodium yesterday, hormones, etc. Drink plenty of water today and see what happens.

Don't weight very often. I limited my weigh in to once a week. Our body weight fluctuates so much due to so many things. And weigh first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything. I know its hard to be patient but you will get there.

Stay focused and stay calm. I know how it is when the scale is up. It really owns you even when you know that it is wrong. It is difficult, but stay focused on your long term goals today.

Thank you everyone for the advice and support, I will try to check my scale for accuracy, and will stop weighing in daily, will do tomorrow to see what's the real weight and then every Wednesday, at least I will try, I just got so used to weigh in every morning as soon as I wake up that it might be difficult, but nothing is easy anyways, is not like the diet has been easy :P.

You must be very frustrated. I've had this happen and once it turned out that the scale was tilted slightly on the tile and it made a 2 pound (1K) difference. Not a total explanation for you, but a start. Let us know when you solve the mystery.

And I also believe you shouldn't weigh on a daily basis, as it might also be frustrating at some point when not seeing fast changes. Measuring yourself can be a good option, at the end the important thing is that you can wear those favourite jeans and they fit ;) jeans don't care about scale numbers!
