still cant get around to do exercise...taking antibiotics and antihisthamine and they are really knocking me out. All I want to do is sleep....and eat. so I decided to log in to make me feel better. Not following my normal diet and today had pasta and chocs for lunch to boost up energy level for office!This should last till Friday when doctor will see me again and see if i need further tests. Aargh!
135.1 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So sorry to hear that you're not feeling well, Jen. I hope that you get to feeling well very soon. I know that its rough to eat healthy, when you feel puny. Anyway, best wishes for a great day today and a better one tomorrow!

Sucks to come off of vaca just to get sick. I hope you are feeling better tomorrow and you don't need additional tests. Hang in there, the week is almost over.

Jenfar when I was sick last month my doc said not to exercise. At most walk some to get my lungs working right again but not to push it. Your body needs rest to heal.
