Alright, my plan is working. My tummy looks nice in the mirror today too. I’m increasing my cardio again while still incorporating strength training as secondary. As a bonus I think this will support my mental well being as well as weight loss and physical well being. Anyway, just happy to see those pounds starting to shed again! Have a great day!
142.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
