i got on my scale at around 6am,and it said i weigh 152.4. i went back to bed,like i normally do,got up just now and it said i weigh 154.4! now,considering i have really done a lot better this week than i have done in a long time,i opted for the first weight. call me a cheater,but i feel better anyway!haha 8-)

starting my first challenge in a long time as well,today. i'm pretty excited about it and am hoping for a good result in the end.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 May 2009:
1168 kcal Fat: 29.61g | Prot: 86.15g | Carb: 139.89g.   Breakfast: quaker weight control oatmeal, coffee, creme brulee coffee creamer. Lunch: pickled okra, american singles kraft, miracle whip light, water, grape tomatoes, honey smoked turkey breast, Low Fat Cottage Cheese. Dinner: water, canned corn, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), baked pork chop. Snacks/Other: sweet tea. more...

didn't have that problem this morning!!seeing as how it was 2 pounds less,8-)

i think it's possessed by the spirit of discouragement. i mustn't heed! lol!

I like that the spirit of encouragement! I wasnt gunna go work out today.. But reading that I will right after lunch!

my scales must have that spirit as well... take my readings from the doc but every so often i jump on mine and have gone up
