Looking forward to a good day. Same weight a few days in a row, but not worried about it - I know I'm sticking to it and it will "catch up".

I got some lobster tails on sale yesterday and I'll be having so low cal lobster later on for a filling, yummy lunch or dinner. Yay!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

These plateaus are hard to explain but inevitable. I've come to just stick to my guns, try to ignore the numbers for the most part and then go "Yippee!" when they finally go my way. Haha.
