a very dear and precious family friend passed away yesterday due to a heart attack. she was one of the tools God used to make me who i am today,and she will be missed terribly. she had four children,and three of whom are grown and either expecting children of their own or already have children. they were my best friends when we were growing up.they were missionaries who traveled in a fully remodeled greyhound bus that was their home for several years,and i thankfully had the privilege to travel with them a lot. her youngest child was born after they stopped traveling and she is only 5 years old. please pray for this family. i know part of them rejoices over the fact that mrs.marilyn is Home, but it hurts that's she's not here anymore. also,if you happen to promise someone something,please do what you promise. even if it is something as small as sending a picture they request or a home video showing them how you've changed and grown up.there were more things i told her i would do for her,but never did. they now live about 6 hours away so i haven't physically seen them in a long while,but we talked on the phone.that doesn't help the hurt any. i know she feels much better where she is,but i hope she knows how much she meant to me and how instrumental she was in my life as a teenager,making me who i am today.
