Not doing a good job at all making the best eating choices....enough said today! UGH....LOL
160.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Stay with it. Set small goals to get back on track. Water always helps me that way. And fruit.
