Big food day yesterday, Taco Salad with kidney beans and a few chips. Every once in awhile wont hurt, but only once in awhile! The Taco Salad I have on Thursdays, but usually without the beans and chips. Started my walk yesterday, made it 1.6 miles then the heavens opened up and it is still raining this AM. Even with the rain I see great opportunity for the day...stained glass is my hobby, so I will spend time working on a few projects. Found a company on-line, Cooks, that sells alcohol free vanilla extract. Going to call them today and see if they sell alcohol free chocolate extract. Just looking for ways to make sweet treats with fewer carbs. Will post my findings if they turn out to be worthwhile. I could be way off base with this, but will try. Great day headed my way!

Torino makes no carb chocolate syrup which I use all the time for flavoring. I think DaVinci's does as well. I love the caramel one in the Minute Microwave Cheesecake found at http://yourlighterside.com/2012/08/minute-microwave-cheesecake/ I pour about 2 tbsp on once it's done and cooled a bit, sometimes put whip cream on top too! Oh my gosh it's a definite yum!
