I think i figured out why I have been doing so poorly since my birthday. On my birthday I found out that we werent going to the beach for vacation this summer. And part of my goal was to get to a certain point for that trip... So now I must re lose 10lbs i have gained in a month or so since then. Grr.

I need to pull myself together and remember why I am doing this.. for me. And that is the best goal of all. (now more convincing...)
314.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
