It is finally FRIDAY. Get my hair cut today maybe I will lose weight. It is a very FAT day. I am discouraged no weight lose again. I even walked some yesterday. My head is playing tricks on me. See you start exercising and see what happens no change why bother. I know it is just a fluke but it still bothers me. Alas I am stuck today in a pity party. Must pull myself out. Well you guys have a great day! I will just keep plugging along.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Keep the faith!!! One morning you will wake up ... step on Frank ... and you'll be excited again ... if only for a short while!! LOL!!! You HAVE LOST 32 lbs ... and the rest will come. I know it is frustrating ... I feel with you. You may not see the progress but I do and we will continue to celebrate feeling better together!! Have a good day!!

Staying the same weight for days is very normal. Many people stay the same for 6 days and drop 4 pounds the next. That is why for some it is better to weigh in once a week. Your body is made up of 60% water so it will fluctuate hourly. If the ups and downs bother you and make you discouraged, dont weigh in every day. It takes time for exercise to work. Make sure you are writing every you eat down. Patience and persistance is what will make you successful and get you to goal. You are doing fine.

Thanks for the encouragement. I know I should not put so much "weight" into what the scale says. Sometimes I slip back in my thinking. Today did not go as planned. I got back from my haircut and was told we had a mandatory luncheon to go to at an Italian rest. already had eaten soup. but went it was alright. Order Fresh green bean salad. Did not eat it all but I did eat with them. I feel good about that. I will be fine just need to give me self a attitude adjustment.
