I'm disappointed that I didn't lose anything this week. I've been following the plan well and keeping below my calories very well. I have missed on the exercise, but that can't be helped last week and probably this week as well.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
