After a week of not working at the shipping company, but still eating like I did, the weight has crept back on! Rode the bike to work this morning, and will do so from here on out. I had been driving to work when working the 2 jobs, but since I'm back to one (the sedentary one!) I have to start exercising again.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
