Slight gain from mainly not getting much exercise as there has been lots of snow and cold weather keeping me indoors most of the time. I walked maybe almost a mile today in a walk, but two miles is more ideal. I am busy searching for a literary agent. My printer is not working right and is a cheap model, so it really makes it necessary for me to go and buy a printer in the next month with a fax and easy-to-use machine that isn't screwed up. You get what you pay for in life. I will try to do vocabulary words over the weekend most likely. Hope everyone is well - I am so busy it is just difficult to even get on here as much as I want to... Have a great Friday and weekend everyone! Added note - I read carbs are wonderful for you today. Nonsense - total rubbish - tell that to all the diabetics who carb intake affects them even more than sugar does. There is some screwed-up stuff on the Internet. A low-carb diet is the best thing a diabetic can do; so I'm sure a high-carb diet will not make one healthier in the long run, just insulin resistant. Anyone who knows anything about carbs is to eat some low-glycemic ones and forget the rest if you're worried about weight loss or other long-term problems like high blood sugar...
