Well, I took a few weeks off, and thankfully I have managed to stay pretty steady. Now I will try to get back to exercising everyday, and watching what I eat a little more closely.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
