Well, the fact that I actually almost lost 2 pounds even though I wasn't doing what I was supposed to do does give me impetus to really start this week. We went camping and the kids were home for Spring Break, so I had a hard time following what I wanted to do, and I forgot about my mini challenges. I really am excited about this week; I know I can do it because I've done it before.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 March 2009:
1390 kcal Fat: 47.41g | Prot: 66.87g | Carb: 178.54g.   Breakfast: Quaker Simple Harvest oatmeal. Lunch: ham, apple, Stretch Island, microwave popcorn, raw almonds, White Cake (Without Frosting). Dinner: White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), green onions, tilapia. Snacks/Other: Yellow Cake (with Vanilla Frosting). more...

Maren ... your welcome for the encouraging comments ... that is why we are here ... not just for ourselves but really to support each other. I find a GREAT benefit is having a community of like-minded folks I too can encourage. Fantastic that you lost 1.5 lbs. without really trying!!! That should certainly motivate you to continue!! Glad you are here!!
