No exercise is taking its tole.
I don't eat meat, and try to stay away from dairy, if I can resist the cream gravy for breakfast at work.

I think I also eat way too many potatoes and other simple carbs that are creating calories I can't get rid of without exercise.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
