Weight ranged from 232 to 235 this week. Easily swings 3 pounds overnight with small changes to diet. I had a full workout 3 times last week and will look to build on the momentum this week. My primary goals have be pain free, followed by lower cholesterol and ultimately reach and maintain a healthy weight/fitness level.

So far the constant pain I had been limping around with as a result of using a cholesterol medication is gone. The amount of cholesterol I eat in food is negligible by eating a primarily whole food plant based diet. This week I will gradually increase my workouts while maintaining my current eating regimen and see which way the scale moves as a result of the changes.

I now have an accountability partner that will help me identify my blind spots and help with motivation towards my goals.

I have committed to perform a min. of 30 min of cardio per day. For accountability I will enter the exercise into this site once completed on a daily basis.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
