I have figured out that my worst time of the day for snacking is from 1-4. After lunch, I just feel like I need to keep eating, even when I have a bigger meal. That's just my weak time. Yesterday, I tried eating a small lunch around 11:30, and then eating another small meal around 2. This seemed to curb the desire to snack all afternoon. I also froze some crushed pineapple into popsicles. Very Tasty!
