Back on track...Im 1 of those people that weigh every day to keep myself on track. This way I can look back on my food, water & exercise and make adjustments. I think the 1 most important element for me on this diet is to ALWAYS have my food prepared in advance of being hungry. I do have a big adventure planned which will really test my ability to stick with what has worked for me...failure is not an option!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

What the heck are you doing on a diet? Is this not a way of life for you now? You've made really good choices up to now, no reason at all why you can't continue on that path. Planning seems to be the key, if your prepared there is no reason to stray much at all, I couldn't agree more.
