Gonna switch to a low carb diet rather than being on my own. I simply eat way too much bread type stuff!!!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hey girl, good for you, take control! I'm assuming you're starting tomorrow? today's food entry sure don't show low carbs! carb addiction is a hard one to kick ! but once done you'll feel so great. good luck..

Well, truly starting now, since I noticed when i logged in lunch that it was overwhelmingly carbs! Right away chose dinner and logged portions based on previous entries. I will probably adjust macaroni portion after dinner.....but looking ahead and stopping that carb intake as fast as I can.....truly was eating popcorn chips..aka carbs...and stopped in the middle if a chip. Put them away for my husband to finish, i dont like them enough to continue to eat them and wreck my new diet...here we go!!

Thank you for the very kind comment you left on my journal today. Yes, true friends in real life are hard but seems so much easier here - I've been so fortunate to have met some really nice people and am glad you are among my friends. Cali sounds great ~ warm and sunny ~ hope it is that way for you today.
