best breakfast?
Bagging up some nuts right away, plus some watermelon cubed, so its quick to eat and filling and hydrating. Going with leftovers and going without bread tomorrow. Gotta start somewhere! mummydee, thanks so much for helping a newbie with such wonderful guidance.

Mummydee, thanks for the idea. Gonna go look up simple carbs, but egg and sausage with tomato sounds really good! Thinking of making up an esay menu for tomorrow as I am filling in for another teacher who is on vacation tomorrow, will need easy quick stuff with a room full of Kindergarteners! Wow, looking forward to a new menu! Thanks again!!
