Apparently allowing myself a free day turned into a free weekend of candy raids and carbs. I feel lucky to have only gained 2 pounds. Now I have to get back on track and really push for health for life!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I just told someone else, I have to check myself every so often. I kept one of my shirts that is too big now, and I put it on to remind myself of were I was. I don't want to go back there!!! Its ok to get a little discouraged. Its normal!! You just have to keep reminding yourself of how you feel. Do you feel better now than before you lost the weight?? If the answer is yes, then keep reminding yourself that you feel better now, and you will feel even better when you lose more!! You will be able to move better too!! Keep your spirits up!!! I know you can do this!!! Hell, If I can, anyone can!!! You just have to put that candy filled weekend behind you and get back to eating better!! Its ok to have a free weekend once in a while. It makes this journey more fun and interesting!! I refuse to use the word diet, because this to me is a lifestyle change!!! I'm here with you!!! Keep up the great work!

Good luck!! I've been there too lately, but today I'm telling myself that enough is enough. We'll figure this out yet!
