Exercising is key. It also makes me feel good. Doesn't that work out well? Also, I am trying to lower my fat intake. If I can go a meal without eating cheese, I give myself a big pat on the back.

You are right, exercise is the spark that lights the fat burning fire. with out the spark you have no fire. That is why so many people fail when trying to loose weight, they are only doing one piece of the weight loss puzze. Anyhow, YAY for exercise!!!
