Hello, I am half way through my weight loss journey. Over the last year and a half I have lost 70 pounds and I have another 70 to go. I expect the 2nd half of my journey to take a little longer. I will be working hard over the next year (or 2) to eat right and exercise. Right now I exercise daily and feel great. I also log a daily calorie deficit of 500. I have a few minor medical issues that luckily can be resolved with diet and exercise. So hopefully when I am at my goal weight and maintaing for life I can help others achieve their personal goals through example and advice. Good luck everyone! You can do it!

Update 8/8/15: I have been working at weight loss for 3 years now, over the last year I have been stalled at just over the 200 pound mark. I have lost over 80 pounds and feel great. I have adjusted my final goal to 185 pounds. I would ideally like to be between 185 & 190 for the rest of my life. I have about 20 more pounds to go, but weight loss has been very slow. For me exercise is key and I have not been getting my workouts in. I would like to lose the next 20 pounds over the next 2 years, this is a very doable goal, only 10 pounds a year, slow and steady wins the race. I continue to improve my eating habits, I LOVE eating clean and healthy, the food is remarkable! I have to get back into a daily workout. For the rest of 2015 it is my goal to carve out the time in each day to get my workout in, ideally get back to exercising 5-6 days a week. I have located an extra 30 minutes in my day. I plan to hit the gym for 30 minutes each day, this means sacrificing time in other areas of my life to be able to focus on my health, but I know from experience that it is worth it.

is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
I am currnetly interval training. I walk to warm up then jog for a bit. I count the steps, I jog any where from 60-120 step, at 120 steps it feels like enough, then I walk again until I am ready to jog another 60-120 steps. I am hoping to continue to increase my numbers (a year ago I could only jog 10 steps). You can also check out the "couch to 5k" website. It teaches you to jog and provides and exercise plan. Maybe the challange will keep you motivated. I also say find a partner to jog with, it makes the time fly by when you are exercising. I personally do not use music or an ipod, I like the peace and quiet and how it clears my mind. And I do not exercise on a treadmill. I only exercise out doors, I find different routes, discover new parks and wild life. All of those things keep me interested.

Counting Every Single Calorie?
I agree with @JustADreamer. I usually over estimeate my food and under estimate my exercise. So a couple of uncounted "dashes" wont matter and it works for me.

How to avoid being hungry?
My trick is to eat when hungry, but I choose a fruit or veggie snack to hold me over because I know that I can it a ton of it and keep it under 100 calories. So on my tracking my "snacks" may be more food (over the course if 1 day) than my meals.
